If you have already redeemed some of the MTG Arena Prerelease Pack Codes included in the Standard Prerelease Bundle, unfortunately, you won't be able to redeem them again. However, if you've only redeemed a few codes, you may initiate an automatic refund request and receive store credit as a refund for those codes.

Yes, we offer refunds if the MTG Arena codes you receive from us, including MTGA pack codes, don't work as intended. However, we always check the codes programatically before delivering them to you to ensure that they are valid and working. If you receive a code that doesn't work, it may be because you have already reached the limit for your account, as there is a limit on the number of times you can redeem certain types of codes, such as prerelease pack codes. In this case, our unique automatic refund system will automatically check the status of the code and process the refund for you. If the code is unused, we will offer it to other customers. Once the code is sold, you will be granted store credit refund. This ensures that you always get what you paid for when you buy MTG Arena codes from us.
